I’m moving my 403b to a different provider. I’m looking at 54% to Fidelity 500 Index (FXAIX), 36% to Fidelity International (FSPSX) and 10% to Fidelity Sustainability Bonds Index (FNDSX). Would that be a good mix or would I do 100% in the Fidelity 500?
Hi Denise,
May I ask why you are choosing the S&P 500 instead of the total stock market?
In general I would prefer the 3 fund portfolio and follow the asset allocation based on this post.
I don’t see the total stock market option listed by my provider. They do offer a Target Date but it’s not an index fund. This is the target date fund-
BlackRock LifePath Dyn 2040 K (LPSFX)
LPSFX has an expense ratio of 0.4%. I see why you’re choosing a 3 fund instead.
