Asset Allocation by Age and Determining Exact Number of Share to purchase

Hello -

I have two questions that I was hoping to get some help with.

  1. Where can I find a chart that breaks out one’s target asset allocation by age?
  2. Where can I find an excel file that details how many shares of a stock of index fund I can purchase based on a certain dollar amount?

I believe this chart and excel file are available somewhere (maybe in the investing course) but am having difficulty locating them.

Any help would be appreciated.
