Backdoor Roth IRA - Married Filing Separately

My husband and I file our taxes as ‘married filing separately’. Our modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) is over $10,000 and so we can’t contribute to a Roth IRA. Would it be possible for us to do a Backdoor Roth IRA? Is there anything we should be concerned about if we go this route? Anyone in this situation have any advice?

Thanks!
