Fidelity asking for my bank username and password?

Hi there!
Just opened my account with Fidelity and I’m trying to link my bank account for my Roth IRA. After putting in my routing/account #, the next page asked for my bank username and password. I was put off by this and am hesitant to move forward. Has this happened to anyone else?

i don’t have Fidelity to know exactly, but this sounds normal - this will be through a secure site that protects your information. Logging in to your bank this way is what lets you link the data and allows Fidelity to verify it.
