Help with brokerage account

I have opened a brokerage account with Fidelity for almost two weeks and it seems that funds have not fully transferred. Have been wanting to buy and invest some index funds but I can’t because of this issue. Has this happened to anyone else. I have been trying for weeks to contact someone from Fidelity but have no luck speaking to someone. Would really appreciate the help I can get

Hm… that does seem like a long time. Can you see the pending transfer anywhere? Is the money gone from the originating bank account?

Usually I would advise calling Fidelity about something like this, but it sounds like you’re not able to get through!?

This is the biggest reason I went with Schwab, there are lots of stories just like Adonai’s all over the reddit forums, and nothing but praise for the CS at Schwab.

I hope this person got this issue resolved.
