You’ve spoken about this on several posts and updated your blog this past year regarding this topic. Just looking for clarity on my behalf since I saw you reposting the illustration today on IG.
I don’t have 3k to continue to invest in Index Funds (VTSAX) so I usually just purchase it as an ETF (VTI). Once I work my way up to 3k should I “always” convert it to an Index Fund every single time? Just keep it as an ETF?
Using Tiffany’s case study
Why didn’t she purchase 1 index fund then the rest ETF’s?
Example #1 - Buy 32 shares of VTI (About $5,400, 54% of her portfolio)
qty:1 VTSAX and qty: 2 VTI
