My job is moving my 403b

My job is moving my 403b from TDIF 2055 VFFVX to VIVLX aka TDIF Institutional shares.
I understand VIVLX is the same as VFFVX but has a lower expense ratio. Instead of .15% to .09%.
Can you please confirm because this made me nervous!
I’m waiting on a response from HR and my 403b servicer … but wanted to get a second opinion because I trust you guys!

Yep they like they are both 2055 TIDF and VIVLX has a lower expense ratio (yay!), and both seem to have performed similarly this year.
