Rebalancing Fidelity 401k Index Funds Portfolio

Hi, I am looking to rebalance my Fidelity 401k account and was looking to allocate my current funds to the following:

FID US BOND IDX (FXNAX) - 10%
FID 500 INDEX (FXAIX) - 40%
FID EXTD MKT IDX (FSMAX) - 7%
FID TOTAL INTL IDX (FTIHX) - 29%
FID GROWTH CO K6 (FGKFX) - 14%

I would like to know if the above allocation is a good mix, or if you’d recommend any changes. I would appreciate any insight you can provide. Thank you in advance for your time!
