REITs versus crowdfunding

What’s your advise to an remote investment property owner? My wife and I now have 3 doors paid for with another renting the ground to park their mobile home on so basically 4 doors total.

I’d like to expand our operations however I do not look forward to dealing with more tenants. I’ve looked at some of the REITs that are out there and just don’t know enough about them.

I’ve also started looking at crowdfunding options like Fundrise and CrowdStreet and find them interesting however I’m curious about the tax advantages if any like there are as an actual owner of real estate.

I would greatly appreciate your input on these subjects. Thanks in advance.
