I’m looking at going in with 2 friends on purchasing a rental property-it’s a vacation rental property. We are all attorneys. Known each other for 15 years. Have same goals with the investment. The plan is to start with a single property and grow over time. The other two guys have been looking at doing this for past year but I’ve just been listening. Is there a good resource or book that I should look at before setting up the LLC and purchasing a property?
I’ve done some real estate investing for a few years, but I’m far from an expert. I generally point people to www.biggerpockets.com as a trusted resource for DIY real estate investors. They have books, podcasts, forums, etc!
