I maxed out my Roth IRA for 2021 through Fidelity. Will they give me a form I need to file for taxes?

I believe they don’t give you a form until May 2022 because we can still make deposits that count towards 2021 prior to 4/18/22. How to prove to your Roth contributions is what I’m not familiar with.
Chris you are correct. Fidelity swnds these forms out in May and will have the necessary information about any accounts someone has with them.
