What do you guys think about investing in self storage funds or REITs ?
Self storage investing has been on the rise and it seems to be a hedge against inflation.

At a meta level, I’d use Index funds for 90% of investments. 10% can be exploratory, speculative, higher risk, fun, etc.
That being said, some people plan to invest a good amount of time in research or operating and would categorize this more of a side hustle or career shift where it’s goal is more near term cash flow. In that case, I’d categorize that as an Earning (vs Investing) opportunity aka job - and treat it as such.
