Should I convert my Ira to a Roth IRA?

Hello- I have about 50k in a traditional Ira from a previous employer 401k as well as 30k in a brokerage account both with a Wells Fargo advisor. Two part question, should I transfer those to my vanguard account and should I convert the traditional Ira to a Roth?
