TD Ameritrade vs. Devenir?

Anyone have thoughts on TD Ameritrade vs. Devenir? My fiancee’s HSA has these two options for platforms to invest through. It appears that Devenir offers a limited list of funds but there are some index/target date index funds available.

I am more asking for the community’s opinion on how user friendly each platform is or what their experiences are using each service.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I am in a similar situation with my HSA and would greatly appreciate any insight! I went with TD Ameritrade- for some reason I thought it was stated that I could invest in Vanguard with zero cost? I am currently combing through forums and online resources to learn more. I really am most interested in finding a TDIF to ‘set it and forget it’.
