Transferring Investments to Fidelity

I am currently with a financial advisor who charged front loaded fees. My account currently is below what I originally put in due to fees and market being down. Should I go ahead and move the account to Fidelity right now or wait till market is back up to recoop the fees I already paid out?

Either way, when the market recovers, it will increase your portfolio’s value whether it’s in your current account or your Fidelity account. I would do it sooner than later if your current fund(s) have other wasteful expenses (e.g. a high expense ratio).
