Where else should I invest?

Hello, I have a 401k , and a max roth ira (vanguard) and a emergency saving account.
My question is what else should I invest if I have 5k I have to invest ?

I have read some into buying Vanguard Mutual Fund Profile | Vanguard
Will I have to pay heavy taxes by investing in this fund?
