Withdraw my investment income to completely pay off my CC's?

Quick question: I currently have ~$9k total in CC balances split between 3 cards, but I have been paying the statement balance every month for the last year, meaning I am NOT incurring monthly interest charges but I am also not really reducing my credit card balances by a whole lot.

Not sure if that makes sense.

And then my returns from all my investments right now are about ~$11,000. This is between my Roth IRA, a few individual stocks I own (Tesla and Apple etc.), my Wealthfront investment account and also bitcoin.

Should I withdraw my investment income and use the $11k to completely pay off my current CC balances or should I just keep my investments and allow them to keep growing and just continue paying the CC monthly statement balances and try to chip away at the balance?

Thanks!
